Yes, the legend of the Cornish Knockers (also known as Knackers or Buccas) is a fascinating aspect of Cornish folklore, particularly related to the region's tin mines. According to the legend, Knockers are small, mischievous, sprite-like creatures that inhabit the mines. They were believed to be the spirits of departed miners.

Miners would often hear knocking sounds deep in the mines, which were attributed to the Knockers.
